Regional Access Requirements
Standard Access (All regions except China):
Direct internet access via standard HTTPS connections
No special network configurations required
Compatible with corporate firewalls and security appliances
China-Specific Requirements:
VPN Mandatory: All devices accessing Eli services must connect through enterprise VPN
VPN Exit Point: VPN must terminate outside of China
Corporate Network: Recommended integration with existing corporate VPN infrastructure
Performance: Expected latency increase due to VPN routing
Mobile Application Distribution:
Available on Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android)
Enterprise deployment options available for corporate app distribution
Alternative distribution methods can be arranged for restricted environments
China: May require alternative app store distribution or enterprise deployment
